Shangri-La Hostel Anjos

I like the employee/caretaker. So, i have two bad experiences, which was actually not related with the hostel. The first one was about my food that i put in the kitchen for a while, then a drunk lady (well, it is a hostel, what did you expect) came and took mine. But the caretaker handled it smoothly. The second one was about my "room mate" (Yes, it is a bunker with three beds). One of the roommate got drunk (again! another drunk person), and another room mate told the caretaker because this drunk guy was super noisy. Then, the caretaker handled it very smooth. The location is near metro station, and many restos and supermarket nearby.

The host (Lama) was very kind, always available whenever we had any questions. Our room and all the facilities in the hostel were always clean and tidy. It was very comfortable and we had a really nice stay.

the staff was excellent and helpful, it was possible to check in earlier. Clean, big plus were the fan in the room and provided towels - doesn’t always happen in hostels.

clean! very friendly staff, very helpful, there was free coffee in the kitchen which was a plus! the bed was suuuuper comfortable , l would definitely come back here in the future
